I rolled back to version 10.3 for the Driver and 10.5 for the CCC. from

Hopefully the similarities between our build my help your Dad's Video Card by rolling back to the same versions I have. I've got 60 fps at 90% of the time. 30 or more red guys and it drops about 10 fps.
