Maybe not ive pulled two and a half g's and while yes moving is harder is certaintly is not impossible so we would have to be in very good shape but we would could pull it off and we would probably work an hour rest an hour work an hour etc etc.
2.4 times the radius with earth material = more than 8 earth gravity
