Can someone explain this to me? (HTC??)

How does someone land kills a few seconds after 2 of 3 of their bombers were killed (in a single pass btw  :devil) over an enemy field? He was flying towards V98 in lancs I made one pass and killed 2 of 3 bombers and before I could get turned around to make another pass he lands 2 kills? I wish I had the film but i no longer film my sorties. I guess I need to start again. :headscratch:

It was the gunner landing kills, not the pilot.

that makes sense. but wouldn't I get the kills on the pilot not the gunners?

I've landed 4 kills from bombers before (3 bombers and a gunner) all count together, I am not exactly sure the rule is on the gunner,
however on the third kill you get credit for the buff driver + gunner.

no there's a bug here.  I have the film too.  shemp killed gldnbb in his 190 and when he hit the floor he landed 2 kills.   think shemp has the scrennie where it says he killed him.

but i stil have the film.

Just a note, if someone lands kills as a gunner it will show up as "Beefcake landed 3 victories as a Gunner/Observer" (or something along those lines)

Anyway, this glitch/bug happens frequently. Once i got a whole set of 17s, and when the last one exploded, he landed damage.
Also happened vice versa. Once had 7 kills in an fm2, got shot down but got the name in lights...
Weird stuff.

Ive accualy had it happen to me. but it was more immdiate. I killed 2 vtards who had just taken the last base to win the war. I ended up getting shot down and it said " you have been killed" then it said "JugHead has landed 2 kills in a P38L of POTW."

unfortunantly, I deleted the screenshot awhile ago thinking since I hadnt used it yet I probably never will

its seems to happen more often lately.

(btw I had killed the 3rd bomber in the OP, he definitely didn't land)
