Really? I think it is ridiculous to think the "average" P51 flyer runs away at every engagement That is like saying the "average" 109F flyer runs to and hugs ack
You may be insulting many an "average" P51 flyer
BTW I see no reversals, I do see a well managed "E" positve pony.
Good film

From experience I'd say it was safe to say 75% of P51s 'extend' once and enemy aircraft gets it's 6 position. 200 can often be filled with "RunStang" and "Don't run pony".
The ones in that are not in the 75% won't be insulted, because they will know they fly the P51 differently, like I do.
Each scene has the enemy aircraft start for close to equal E, in speed, altitude or even starting on my 6 position.
The P47 lost alot of it's E pulling round to take a shot, handing me that advantage to rolling scissor to his 6 in a reversal of position and get him.
The F6F had more speed, a little less altitude and a near dead 6 position, I turn dove looped to reverse the positions, end result is in the vid.
The spitfire had more speed, more alt and my 6, so much E infact he overshot so fast the reversal of positions pretty much was done for me, end result is also in the vid.
What's your definition of a reversal?
