Delorme Maps

I'm thinking about buying this to use for navigation while storm chasing next year.

I'm looking for opinions from anyone here who uses it. I've seen the program a few times but never got to mess around with it.

I have a couple questions about it that I'm looking to get answered.

1) Does the provided GPS work well or is it some cheapy thrown in?

2) Does it work with Windows 7? It's not listed in the minimum system requirements but I would think it wold be crazy for the company to have a product not capable of running on Windows 7.

Any input/opinions would be greatly appreciated.

LOL Can't believe I missed that. I was looking under "GPS Specs" and Windows 7 isn't listed there.

The thought of any important aircraft system running on MS Windows makes me cringe.
