Zenomorph in my kitchen! (pics)
« on: December 13, 2011, 04:49:46 PM »

Was in New York yesterday and stumbled upon the coolest vendor ever.  The name of the shop is "Metal Park" and they make all kinds of sci-fi and other popular gizmos out of scrap metal.  The Zeno I really wanted was over 2 feet tall and the detail was unbelievable.  The price on that one was more than I can afford right now, so settled on this Queen.  My picture taking doesn't do it justice.  Looks like the real thing in dimmer lighting.

And how can man die better, than facing fearful odds.
For the ashes of his fathers and the temples of his Gods."

Nice countertop!   :D    Now you need to find a Ripley action figure and mini flame thrower.

There's a spark plug in each limb, valve springs in its chest and of course the timing chain in the tail.  Its hard to really see all the detail from the pictures.

Would like to get a Ripley strapped into one of those giant loaders.  And of course the tank and the uber landing craft.  :)
