If you had to choose one of these 3 laptops. which would you choose?

Wife finally got her confrontation with Best buy straightened out. She was hellbent to get a replacement for her laptop and after a bunch of phone calls she finally found the phone number to someone higher up in corporate who relented and is giving her a choice of one of these 3

All look pretty similar to me with minor tradeoffs that I can see. Any one of these stand out to anyone here as being better then the other two?

I had typed a reply last night, thought I hit post to it..........

I looked at all 3 and was going to suggest the same as you have chosen

all 3 look to have nearly the same components but the gateway has a much better cpu.........

, if it wasn't for the processor difference, I would go with the DELL had it had the i5........ I have had a lot better service out of the Dell laptops over the Sony VIAO's or the HP's or the IBM/lenevo ThinkPads

I have never had a Gateway PC or even used one or fiddled with one......

I am sure she will like it though......

Her last one was a that she had problems with was a Gateway with an AMD processor. This one is intel.

My daughters is a gateway and the only problems shes had was a busted key that she did to herself.
Her machine has run fine.

As yo said. they all seemed to pretty much be made of the same things.

i believe the gateway is a rebranded acer...and the big thing it has going for it is the i5 cpu. one concern would be the network adaptors being used, sometimes they are really hinky low end poop instead of the normal middle of the line stuff.

the dell is a possibility...samsung would be a no.

i wonder why they wouldn't include one of the asus i5 units in that list...
