hat is happening is when a tank gets hit and gun damage the damaged tank starts to roll then ".ef" puuf no kill for the shooter and the other guy gets charged a ditch. this is the gap the op wishes to see closed

Then that is what the OP should have said, sans the rant and the accusation of cheating.  Perhaps then people wouldn't have jumped all over him like they did.

I have no sympathy for circle jerkers... er... I mean spawn campers.  All I have to say is "karma is a beetch".

I normally dont rant or rave... But, when it happens repeatly with the same person and not others I see a problem

Before I declare myself IN.
How do you know the kill was awarded to someone else?
Just because you turreted someone doesnt mean you killed him. Someone else may have had hits on him before. Or managed to actually kill him after.

I do have it on film, and the only other close friendly on spawn was squadie who also had this individual pull the .ef stunt on him after being turreted and neither of us were awarded the kill.
I really like a good GV fight and getting or avoiding getting killed is a part of the attraction for me and it is sad when this crap is pulled. Mayby using the bugs in the system not a cheat, but it sure ruines game play!

Recently, while fighting against a certain bad guy (no name), and you know him, has found cracks in gameplay that can rob you of a legal kill. Had it happen twice in one fight to me and once to a fellow squadie all by the same person. The first time it happened I decided to film. I turret the enemy M4 and he starts moving and towers to get a ditch and I get nothing but *him all of a sudden behind me for the kill*.  I can't believe one has to cheat...............It really ruins the game. I shared the film with squadies and they say they've since this also. Would the GODS please close this gap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    *A totally different issue!

1st problrm I see is that you think "spawncamping" is a fight :headscratch: Just like most in here think "trolling the edge of a field with overwhelming numbers and alt advantage" is a fight  :huh Both styles deserve the "worst" that AH has to offer   :aok

If that was the case the OP should have been awarded an assist.
