Vox is messed up in the TA

Was going to help a few out, but the vox in the training arena is wacked out, maybe needs a reset?

I might be wrong but I think I remember someone telling me a while back the ta uses the old voice codec

It was the first time I seen that in the training arena, we switched to Duel Arena for training session and it was normal.
