That's actually a Ga-6, one of the 109G6s (the Rumanians called the 'Gheuls' instead of 'Gustavs') built under license at the IAR Brasov works. They were almost all completed after they switched sides in August of '44, so every one I've ever seen is in pro-Allied livery like that.
