P51D Causes Crashes?

In the P51D I've had 2 'Aces High has encountered a problem' crashes in the past 2 days, when I've been flying in the LW.
Anyone else had this happen?

I spend half my time in 51Ds and I haven't had any trouble no crashes or discos this month.

Squaddie was getting booted everytime he tried upping in a Yak9U last night.

It was his gunsight of all things. He changed the sight and it solved his problem.

Looking at my vids it happened during Flap usage, one on landing and one in an immelman.
It might be my flap sounds, I'll have to swap them out and see.

I can't be sure, I downloaded everyones and mixed and matched the best sounds.
