Well Zack, I'll share with ya a few teaser shots...

One of the 4 roasts, about 9 pounds before cooking, after about 8 hours on the smoker (approx 4 hours open to smoke and 4 hours wrapped to finish), ready to be pulled

Pulled and ready for sauce...

3 racks of baby backs, dry rubbed, smoked 3 hours, wrapped 3 hours... they fell apart!

Accompanied by home made potatoe salad, smokehouse beans, and my favorite, chipotle lime slaw.....

Wash it all down with Newcastle, of course!
