Watching TV

I was watching TV when a commercial came on.  "If you suffered... death... from... call now"

 :huh  I'm gussing not many dead people responded.

Well...  Considering the large number of those type commercials that air these days, I'm thinking somebody must respond to them.  There's an entire industry in the lawyer community, finding a large corp to sue for something then advertising nationally.  Then anyone who responds gets referred to a second party attorney in their area.  The law suit happens, the corporation settles because it's actually cheaper to settle most of the time.  All of the lawyers get a cut...  The client gets a few dollars...

Tort reform is badly needed...  /rant off

And that's the sort of thing my dad takes care of... But they don't advertise. Everyone already knows where it is :D

I found it ironic (or maybe more appropriately moronic) they were advertising to dead people.  I'd have thought marketing 101 would have taught; don't advertise to dead people.   :rofl

Yep, these are the geniuses I want handling my lawsuit.    :lol
