No training video needed. Attack it the same way you do any other bomber, only speed and firepower are even more of a priority.
The Ta152 haulin' arse from a higher altitude does nicely. At minimum, dual 20mm are needed, imo. Otherwise, going as fast as you need to be to avoid the B29's defenses mean that you'll have less "time on target" and quad .50's and in many case 6/.50's simply wont do.
The 190's, 109's w/ gondolas (triple 20mm), Typhoons, Tempests, Ta152, P47's with 8/.50's, and obviously Me262's, and a few "fast moving and well armed aircraft" will do the job well. The higher the B29 is, the more the Ta 152 shines in the B29 killer role.
