Megadeth + Motorhead at the Rave on Feb. 12.

I'm IN.
I'm actually at my age a bit afraid of that show. I've seen Megadeth 4 or 5 times, but Motorhead kind of spooks me lol.

but yes I live in Milw, and been trying to win tickets from Lazer, I can't bring myself to buy them lol.

I have never been anything close to a fan of megadeth, actually I frequently use them as an example of music I cant stand, but everything you said is true.  I respect them for what they have done, and yes Rust in Peace was a great album.  I dont like the music, but every album is a masterpiece in some way.  As far as metal goes, I like Metallica, but I think my 2 favorite albums are Load and ReLoad.  I just never could get into the whole "Thrash" genre.

Thank you for that consideration! I guess you are young, because even to a Metallica fan from close to my age Load and Reload are quite possibly the most horrible thing to come from metal music in the entire history of metal. I am sorry <Salute> I am not trying to be offensive to you. I just have to highly suggest you re-examine your choices in music. learn the past, and see where those two albums came from.

The highly despicable Bob Rock produced the "Black" album, and made his mark of the beast forever on the Metallica name. Moving forward he influenced so much of their music I can't even believe they as a band actually contributed other than in name. The biggest sellout in music history all started the second he became involved with the band. It is such a shame what they have become, and taints the entire genera.

The pre-concert ritual is in full swing.

Mustaine and Killmeister had better bring the house down.

I'm anticipating many poor decisions, bruises, and general surliness.

The brawlroom....awesome. I saw Pantera there when I was 16. It was nuts.

Just got home.

Showed up a bit late and missed Lacuna Coil.

Caught part of Volbeat's set. They were great, and the soundmen sure earned their pay.

Motorhead was short, but fun nonetheless. Soundman was sleeping at the board.

Megadeth was short also. No encore and crappy sound. Of course the musicianship was excellent.

Will post pics and maybe some video after I collect my thoughts.
