admit it
« on: January 23, 2012, 06:19:32 AM »
Ok, admit it...  Who else watched American Idol but spent the whole show looking at the carrier and aircraft instead of the "real" show?  I spent 20 minutes trying to identify the ducting that the one tall guy whacked his head on, so I missed whatever happened after they left the audition room and I still wasn't sure what that duct is for.   :bhead
Everyone I know, goes away, in the end.

Wife watched Idol

I watched the airplanes for about 2 minutes, then proceeded to inspect the insides of my eyelids for the duration...  :D

I accidentally watched about 30 seconds of it.  I flipped over to that channel at 10pm, which normally would be re-runs of The Big Bang Theory (a show that my wife and I find hilarious)...  It took us about 30 seconds to figure out that American Idol was actually on, and that it was probably caused by a football game that aired earlier.

Switched over to watch the last hour of Kingdom of Heaven on AMC, a movie that I like for the big battle at the end with the seige towers and stuff.

Lol I was watching the game and was mesmerized by the aircraft carrier.  Then Steven Tyler sat in the F-4 and something seemed wrong with the world.  I turned off the TV and sat down in front of the computer.

I watched the commercials advertising the show and that was enjoyable........because the mute was on.

Didn't watch it.  Show lost a great deal of it's novelty after 2 seasons of it.

I miss the Gong Show!  :)
