Updated from 2.26 v3 to current version. Skins in hanger were not available so I enabled skins download to run. Though when I click off enable skins download in hanger game crashes, in both offline and online. I have not encountered any other problems other than unavailable skins on-line and reported crash. Game folder still contained full skin selections. Enable skins download is still checked after each restart.
