Actually, it kind of is.  It's # of kills is more than #'s 2 and 3 on the list combined.  I'd like to see it for a whole year, but to me, that's almost entering unperked F4U1-C levels of use.

The pony most likely has over 25,000 deaths as well which would take it out of the "perk" category as it doesn't dominate the arenas.

In the right hands the P51-D can dominate, however given the....level of skill that generally flies it - it does have quite a number of deaths, I've always viewed it as it should be perked as well as the fw190d9 should be moved to 5 eny.
