The city complex in sector 13/10/8 (currently Knight in the MA) on the TAGMA map seems to be missing some ground textures.

I upped two different planes and the texture never loaded.

I don't think they are missing I think your computer hadn't loaded them yet...

I flew over the town for 10 minutes in two different aircraft so I doubt that.

Did you try to alt-tab out and back in?

Yep I alt-tab'ed when I took the screen shot and it never recovered.

However, I did restart Aces High and all the textures are now there so I'm wondering if this is a bug or not.

I'm thinking you had a hiccup somewhere. Maybe a hard drive went to sleep or the video card had a brain fart.. <shrug>
