Well both are really impossible, but if the il-2 or the storch flew to its advantage I don't see a reason that those planes won't get the kill.

flying the ... P-38 using flaps could turn with a Zero...  I did... opine... I thought that was correct...  you could improve your 38 flying with the use of flaps.

I have outclimbed a k4 and killed it with the il2.  I have also flown faster than a 262 with many other planes, hell have overshot them many times. including once with a zero.

That would assume that the opponent then flies his aircraft like a total retard.  But really I mean worse so.

Can you get to 25 in a zeke?

Yes, in particular the A6M3 and A6M5 both handle altitude quite nicely up to 20k, but are still reasonably usable at 25k, other than being slower than most any other fighter you'll meet up there.  Certainly I would not want to be in an F4F, P-39 or P-40 engaged in a fight with an A6M3 or A6M5 at 25,000ft.
