My favorite is anything that starts with the designation of F4U. My least favorite is anything that has a designation the three numbers of 109 in it.

Besides the Mossie, I seem to grab the A6M3, A6M5b, Ki-84 and Spitfire Mk VIII a lot as well.  Bomberwise I tend to take the G4M1 or Ki-67 for perk farming and the Mosquito Mk XVI for perk spending.

I love em all.  I go through phases trying out different planes.  'Favorite' also doesn't mean necessarily 'most effective'.  In somewhat descending order a few of my favorites to fly for general purpose:
