I think Skuzzy is just being open minded, if not I can see a few hundred getting the rule #4 every day including myself.

Hording as always been there, my first memory of a horde :old: was back then when the F4U1C was not perked....30 F4U's and a single vulched guy  :banana:

Back when we had cattle, we used to "band" the young bulls, thus castrating them.  I would second this that if skuzzy would band the trolls, 99.9 % of trolling would be taken care of.
