Attack scoring.......

Curious as to why there is a category for field captures in the attack scoring???

I can't think of anything that is catagorized as "attack" that you can get a field capture with.

What am I missing here? :headscratch:

It used to be that you could drop troops, then tower and up an attack plane, thus giving you an attack capture. This is no longer possible since your troops disappear if you re-up before they take.

How else do you capture a field other then by "attacking" it?

It definatly doesnt fall into the fighter category, nor bomber, attack is the closest.  Thats my guess.

^ This.  That score would then disappear after one day for the player but it would remain in the squad scores/ranks for the entire camp.

10 years playing the game, never even crossed my mind to do this......  Just reinforces yet again score and rank means ZILCH and should be removed from the game completely.

 If you drop the troops that actually capture the base, you get the credit for the capture.

doesn't work like that anymore.   troops, bombs, rockets disappear when you up again.

thats what i was saying,  i know you cant do it now.  as more and more people complain or comment about what they cant do anymore it just amazes me at how the game is gamed....

Just put a 1911 on the left waist position of the C-47 and allow attack scoring.
