Can't enter AH

When I click online arenas It says new update is available and when I click yes to download it does nothing.  Im currently at 2.26 patch 13

uninstall the game from your pc, (save your settings skins terrains folders elsewhere first) re-boot the comp, reinstall game, insert your saved folders into the AH folder.

this should fix whatever your issues are.

Thanks,  I just need to get in the admin function to delete my account, I might call AH on Monday see if I can do it over the phone.
