The DFC (Ink's Duelling Ladder)
« on: February 28, 2012, 03:23:35 AM »
The DFC duelling ladder has about 40 active members and my experience is I have had some great and very honorable fights in my progress up and down it.

I wonder why more people haven't joined as the rules seem very well thought out to me and it presents an opportunity to learn or improve skills in very friendly competition  :old:.

No I don't know but I hope it wasn't personal as once personalites come into it its all talk and no fights in my experience. I socialise on here a bit with the people I like and just tend to shoot at the ones I don't know or don't necessarily agree with.

I hope you get back in Debrody so we can fight and chat etc I have found you a friendly chap and good 109 teacher  :aok

Me personally, I don't want to be in an event that lasts six month at a time. A short break between is a nice thing to help to keep things new and fresh.

My game time is fairly limited and the amount fights I saw many people having when it was here in general forum would cut my MA time in half. I can push a few things off occasionally for and event that pops up every 4 months that takes maybe a couple weeks to before I am knocked out but it would become as challenging as the fights for me if I participated in an event that lasts six months.

The whole set up is not really for me as is probably most people that don't sign up.

A bit out of context here maybe, but I was always of the impression that DFC, meant just that DFC only!   Always thought it was for members of DFC only.

That was the first thing that came to mind.

Ya bump on this thread. I'm comparatively new to AH (18 months or so) and have found the dueling league to be the most enjoyable experience I've found so far in this game.

JDog, the dueling ladder is actually the DFC (aka Dog Fighting Club). DFC isn't a squad, so it doesn't impact your existing affiliations. Just let Ink know you want in and he'll set you up for access to the private forum and add you to (the bottom of!) the ladder. Then it's up to you to whom and how often you challenge.

Gaining access to the EXCLUSSIVE DFC forumn means you also get access to privilidged gossip about non DFC AH players bizzare love lives, winning lottery numbers in advance of the draw, introductions to beautifull women with low standards who are loaded with cash and you can put dfc in your signiature (see below) :aok  :salute.
