Character is like a tree and reputation like its shadow. The shadow is what we think of it; the tree is the real thing.

GM built fighter aircraft.

Grumman built a TBF assembled with PK screws (sheet metal screw) so that GM could dis-assemble it with ease to learn how to build the TBM.

Its a Porsche King Tiger

Porsche King Tiger lost to Henschel proposal. "Porsche turret" is in fact the turret Krupp originally designed for the rejected Porsche vehicle, adapted for the Henschel. So nothing Porsche in constructed King Tigers

The only Porsche design that reached production stage is the  Ferdinand (for Ferdinand Porsche)/Elephant. Offspring of the also rejected Porsche proposal for Tiger I.

Dupont invented Teflon for use in our atomic bombs.

The bomb engineers felt a need to encase the core of the bombs with something totally inert and solid.
They found out later that it's great for frying pans too.
If I had a gun with 3 bullets and I was locked in a room with Bin Laden, Hitler, Saddam and Zipp...  I would shoot Zipp 3 times.

Hugo Boss made Nazi Uniforms....
Siemens used slave labor to build gas chambers and used them the gas the slaves that built them...
Ford profited heavily from both sides during the war...  Henry Ford hated Jews..  Got a medal from Hitler..
Standard Oil (no Exxon, BP, etc) profited heavily from both sides of the war...

I like classy, beautiful, intelligent woman that say the "F" word a lot....
