This is only true in Commiefornia.  Most other states would look at ebfd as a good samaritan and let it slide, as long as he didn't tire thump someone first.

Because we're 2nd only to Texas in standalone military power, right?

Go walk around Orange and San Diego County questioning their support for veterans or patriotism, I dare you, if you have any balls.

Go LawnDart go!  Luv ya bro, keep it safe out there on the road.

I believe the correct terminology is.. "keep the big one between the ditches and the little one in your britches".  :D

I think most just assume based on most of the other things Kalifornia is backwards on.

I would have asked the other truckers which cars the punks arrived in and poked a small hole in the oil filter of each one.

Not to be picky but it's taking things for granted, not granite.  It's also not that the 'punks' were acting like they were entitled to anything- someone was in danger so he and some buddies stepped in and ended the confrontation without anyone getting hurt.

Yes, he misread the OP, so I respectfully showed him where he went wrong so that he doesn't draw a conclusion that doesn't fit the facts.

Though I have seen the self-centered children who think it big to talk down to those who wrote that blank check to the American people, it has been my experience, the opposite is more true. When we arrived in DFW for R&R at 0600, we were walking on the upper deck and the people below us started clapping and cheering. Here were some 300 dead tired troops wbo spent the last 30 hours trying to get home but each one of us stood a little straighter and got a little more pep in our step. It was a little overwhelming to us but we were pround to be there.

My response to the other type, "it is my pleasure to serve". It puts them off guard.

you never see a hood rat talk trash unless hes got you outnumbered by 3 times. even then they wouldnt stand a chance against even a PFC in the USMC.

I remember one time I was in Oceanside,CA and I had 7 swamp rats try to cut in front of me at a mcdonalds. very quickly i tossed 3 of them aside and the rest ran.

Good feeling, though, isn't it?  Makes all of the garbage worth it.

I will offer that response once but, you are correct, it usually works.
