Patch 4 is now available for download. This just fixes a few minor issues, notably some people were having issues with the new terrain downloader and tracers from bombers weren't displaying.

Fixed an issue causing tracers from other player's bombers not to display.
Reverted back to the previous terrain downloader while we fix an issue with the new one.
Track IR users can now get the full bounds of head movement in all planes.
Fixed an issue that could cause your gunsight glass to flicker when you had bump mapping enabled.
