What a neat website.

Supposedly, there are some remote crashes in the Black Hills in South Dakota.  The USAAF used Conata Basin to the east of the Black Hills as a practice range prior and during to WWII.

Lots in Newfoundland/Labrador, Northern Ontario, the Northern Prairie provinces, and Nunavut especially up here in Canada. If you're lucky you'll find one  waaaay up on Baffin Isle.

supposedly my girlfriend has some land in the badlands that has an active bomb in the field, they used it for a bombing range back in the day i guess

I'm sure ordnance disposal from Ellsworth AFB would be out to that property in a heartbeat if they were notified.   :aok 

or else... just stand back 100 yards or so and try and set it off yourself with a rifle.  It might be a fun day of shooting.   :D

VERY BAD ADVICE :( the depending on the size etc... the blast / fragments could kill you at that range!

A bit offtopic, but from the north side, the Danes just dug up a He-219 "Uhu". http://www.thelocal.de/national/20120426-42183.html
