Sorry but the Terrain was posted since Wednesday so that gave ya enough time to download, and the Terrain is usually posted 2 days before event along with warning to download it

Just for reference, in the future you can usually log in a few hours early to let it download.
On the 14th IMADOT posted this

When did the CM Team start notifying ppl of not being able to download the terrains?

I have all the terrains downloaded and in my Terrain file?

But yet I still have to download the map?

AH was suppose to fix this problem or did I read the patch info wrong?


btw its 12 hours to download the Germany terrain from the website even.

Sometimes terrains (especially the special event terrains) are updated for one reason or another. It could be to adjust air spawn altitudes or add/remove bases or objects.  Even if you "have all the terrains", you might not have "the current version". It would be wise to log in when we post that a terrain is available (usually a day or two early) or at least sooner than 15 minutes before the event starts.

You can also create a custom arena and choose the upcoming event's terrain. This will download it if you need to get current. You can then exit your custom arena and it will automatically shut down - and then you'll have the terrain come event night.

I'd look into your Internet connection or computer if it's taking more than 10 minutes to download a terrain. Two hours is a bit much - 12 hours is ridiculous...something's amiss with your setup, since it seems the average player is anywhere from 2 minutes to 10 minutes.
