You been keeping up on who they have kept/ got rid of in the off season?
We will call this a building year for the Steeler's 
Of Course, but unlike Indy or Denver or a few others, our entire team is not supported by the actions of one person. As in, look at Indy, without Manning, they won one or two games. Denver, they were losing until Tebow came in. We didn't have Big Ben for 4 games last year (2010-2011) but yet we still won.
we have been losing big starters every year for almost the last 5 years... it hasn't stopped us yet...
The Biggest thing about losing Ward and Foote was the mentorship they could offer. Hines for whatever reason didn't play much of last year, though i don't think it was because of him. Foote will be a big loss on Defense however. Smith was injured, and i think all the others were also injured if i remember correctly.
BTW, today, Hines officially retired, saying he couldn't play for any other team.
