When I started it was all white label hard house, techno/industrial stuff.  Then I shifted a little bit and got into playing with the samples I made from the mixes.  Now I use Ableton to sequence my midi stuff/play the samples and just lay guitar, synths and drums over them.
I record it all, make new samples and riffs then chuck it all into a new mix.  I have Ableton running on 2 machines and through various mixers/outboard effects and just switch screens via a KVM.

Sounds very cool, share some tunes some time if you have a mind to. I started mixing in about '98 when the trance and house scene was buzzing here near london. Slowly I changed onto DnB and breaks although I kind of lost interest in the DnB a while back when it went mainstream. Best era for me was the jungle and old school into the more bouncey harder stuff with guys like hype and andyC being who I wished to emulate. I like to mess around on Reason with basic production. I'm not very good or dedicated anymore but it's always fun.

This is Tony Montana's right hand man (Steven Bauer).....that he eventually killed for sleeping with his sister.....something I actually think was ok to do...and me.  Sorry for the fog...it was taken at the bar at the Eden Roc Hotel on South Beach.  The bar is the front side of the pool bar where "The Right Stuff" was filmed...when the astronauts were watching the little girlies swim through the pool window, and where eventually, Scott Carpenter jumped in with them.  Thongs were allowed.



Its the only pic of me I had on my phone...I'll find another later.  BTW, he was absolutely CRAP-HAMMERED...he thought I was his nephew.

EDIT:  Here's one that's a bit better...Doral golfing...the course is a monster (literally)...I'm second from the right...the handsome one.
