Shall we talk bullet weight?   18 x 230gr = 4114gr  You'd need 36 115gr 9mm rounds to equal that weight!

mine is the bottom 300 win mag and the wifes is on top 300 win short mag.  I used to be good out to around 800 yards when I used to shoot a lot now I think I am good to about 300 tops.

very envious, I really wish instead of NZ I had moved to somewhere where the widespread availability of guns makes everybody safe and there are much lower rates of crime and murder

Interesting.  A quick review of gun laws in New Zealand reveals that guns are less restricted there then where I live in the US.  Maybe you are safer because of the gun laws.

I only hope that the government in my state becomes as enlightened as New Zealand some day.

seriously though, I don't really have a problem with guns (although people who wank over them tend to make me want to tease them, same with car nuts). If I lived in the US I'm sure I would have an arsenal comparable to some of you guys for home defense

the thing I don't like is the idea of living somewhere where you need all of that to feel safe :/ 

anyway we should get back on track with more pictures, I've probably already invited at least a page worth of redneck rage with just these 3 posts
