Sunday afternoon in England. A broken foot is no excuse for not getting in the mandatory two hours of archery practice.

Exactly!

Quote from: Edward III
"Whereas the people of our realm, rich and poor alike, were accustomed formerly in their games to practise archery – whence by God's help, it is well known that high honour and profit came to our realm, and no small advantage to ourselves in our warlike enterprises... that every man in the same country, if he be able-bodied, shall, upon holidays, make use, in his games, of bows and arrows... and so learn and practise archery."

 :D

That vest was my old man's. It's Canadian National Team vest. I shot on the international shooting scene for only a few years, went to a world cup in Sao Paulo, Brazil. My gun broke down, and I had to use a borrowed gun.. Needless to say, I didn't shine when I needed to and endedup up 25th out of 27th.

I shoot mostly American style Trapshooting (ATA), and I've been lucky enough to shoot at the Grand American Championships in Sparta, Illinois. What a treat!   I'm from Saskatchewan Flench, so most of my shooting is done in the howling wind of the prairies.  :pray

What about you Flench? What's your handicap yardage? Where do you kill clay pigeons?
