Stampf's beard is colonial.

I was there Zack - 250 years ago.  I was on the green at Lexington.  Ducked grapeshot on the decks of Valcour Island gunboats.  Captured Ticonderoga with the lads from the Green Mountains.  Held firm atop Breed's Hill, and shot true at Saratoga.  I was there through the trials of Valley Forge - pulled hard on frozen ores on the Delaware, and drank deep of Hessian beer at Trenton.  I was there behind the fence at Guilford Courthouse - I saw courage at the Battle of Ramseur's Mill, and cried for the lost at the Battle of Cowpens.  I was there atop Kings Mountain, and saw the sunrise of Liberty at Yorktown.

I was there Zack - in the harbor of New York City as we watched those tall ships return across the pond.  Not so tall and proud as they looked when they sailed in.  Yes I was there - when the strength of an Empire failed.

Colonial?  Damn right!   :salute

I was a piss boy. With a gold bucket. Unfortunately, it wasn't my bucket. I got to keep the half pennies thrown in it afterwards, though.

You Minute Men cheated by hiding in trees while us Redcoats stood in a line in Lexington and got shot by sharp shooters :cry
