I watched a few live gameplay videos of Amnesia.. It looks great, but I'm to much of a girl...  :lol

I just downloaded the demo...

...So far I've dropped my cigarette into my lap and didnt notice until it started burning, and everytime My furnace kicks on I consider hiding under my bed.

Maybe I'll write a review once I stop shaking and regain my composure and mental stability.

But I'm prolly sleeping with the lights on tonight.

 :lol Wussies.  :P

<--Finished it. (I have bragging rights  :D)

Although I'l ladmit, the whole game was suppose to take ~6-7 hours. It took me 2 months because I could only play a little bit before going bonkers.

the game is concentrated on combat, not on shaking the screen.

Atmosphere. It's like describing the feel of water to a person who has never seen water before. You have to play it to "feel" the scare. Obviously, playing at noon with the shades wide open, and all your friends in the room isn't going to be scary. But play by yourself, at night, with headphones on (sound is a huge part in Amnesia), with the lights off. That's how I played Amnesia 95% of the time and it was truly a remarkable experience (and pant pooping). Try the demo, 100% guaranteed you'll be hooked.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b5uoZh_uatQ Gameplay trailer. Just watch that with headphones, fullscreen, in the dark.

Amnesia, the only game I've seen make a grown man jump in fright....
That game is down-right frightening to play in the proper atmosphere. You're expecting something the whole time, but it's when you think you're use to it they get ya. Took about 7 hours to beat, but that was very pro-longed 7 hours. :P
Just watching the trailer again (I remember the part well) and someone walked in the room...bit of a jump. It's the things you can't see that are most frightening.
