I wont be the one here regretting Nath getting banned. But I neither would make fun on it.

Sad day indeed. The Enterprise-CV with UFO-ack is still there while one of our best pilots is gone.

P.S.: I'm one of those arguing with Nath sometimes.

This damned schadefrau is getting to me.

GROW UP people. You're behaving worse than nath ever has.

"hhihihihi he is banned now he won't shoot me down again".

face it. nath is one helluva puilot and his comments after downing many of you have put a bad taste in your mouth. Fair enough, i can certainly understand that (he has done that to ME as well, and left me infuriated)

But this damned joy and glee over this, this is even below gloating on ch1. It's as bad as what nath did.

Get yourself together. Remain objective. Some people I respected have lost some of that respect.

I won't laugh when you crash your car. perhaps I should but i recognize schadenfrau as a rather low form of enjoyment, that brings forth bad parts of the human animal.

"You who agree with the ban ! What are your real motives ? I doubt that they are for the benefit of the game – your motives are as low as they can be. He most likely hurt your ego. Unable to beat him in the air, you now enjoy this gravedance. Disgusting."

I had history with both, and avoided both. Neither impacted my online gameplay directly after that point, at least not often. I have been here since a year ago November and think I know their history quite well. This is not happy news, but it may have been necessary.

Forget taking sides. It is troubling to me that our race tends to glorify people of talent to the point we will ignore actions that would land the rest of us in prison. We look at all the trouble our sports celebrities get into, our politicians, our actors- if we as "common" people did half the things they do we would wind up locked away. Still we allow them to walk away incident after incident and ignore the obvious- they are living as an example for all of us, good or bad. With such high-profile personalities scoffing at authority it becomes more normal behavior for the rest of us. The community suffers.

Forget about who's a good stick, or called sixes, or is a nice guy to a few people. Ask yourself fairly that if this was your business, your money, your livelihood at stake would you tolerate someone challenging you on a regular basis? Some will lump me in with the "ass-kissers" for this, and now don't like me. But suppose in my scenario above you are the owner and I am the person getting in your face. Still think you could put up with me day-in and day-out?

I made several posts last fall about how I felt the community was falling apart. Several others saw this as well. It got to the point I left for a while because I could not stand it anymore (coupled with a new job and schedule). I came back mainly because my brother flies and I missed being involved in it with him. Still, I think we can all agree that things have gotten much worse since last fall, and I think most would probably agree something should be done. What that something is is not up to me, but I do support any move that will improve the nature of the community.

Nath is funniest guy I met in AH and he really saved my day few times with his jokings and with his skills in fighters.

In AH there's lots more ppl who should be banned because how they act or talk; where should I send the screenshots?

Very soon the competition between flight-sims will be very hard and AH needs every paying customer it can have.
Actions like these are giving AH a bad reputation because as far as I can see HT was having other ways to deal with this situation than ban one of the most skilled person in game.

Yes, Westy, I had you in mind, but I did not mention any names.

You slam Nath who is not here to talk back. That's cowardly. Your asskissing instinct took over, I guess.

And while you probably are the synonym for HTC cheerleader, I have no problem with that.
We may or may not agree with HT's decision how to defend his own business.

What disgusts me is your calling Nath an bellybutton when he is not here, and I am annoyed with your cowardly gravedancing perversion.

Cant say that I ever flew with or against Nath.  He may have been one hell of a sim pilot, but that doesnt make him a nice guy.  Just from reading some of his posts and his comments on channel 1, I would say that he was pretty darn arrogant.  Not that there is anything wrong with that...guess it was those damn leather pants that the luftwaffles have to wear when flying those inferior planes with their superior skills.    The way I see it from hearing the accounts is that he crossed a line with HT and has to pay the consequences.

Oh well, at least now all the luftweenies will have something to squeak about for the next few days and we wont have to read any of their hispano C-hog whines.

Staga-

Would you be arguing so ardently on behalf of someone less skilled? Not a flame, but this seems to be a common defense for the ejected.

To me skill is not the issue at all...

Well it's good to be the king I guess...
And glad to see the supply of cheerleader oufits are still available for the gravedancers...

Funny thing about "community", its tough not to be one of the sheep..

Never met the boy, but most likely fought with/against him once or twice...
