Actually, most of the work has already been done. Creating the spreadsheet layout is the toughest, then writing the macros, then finding and fixing problems.
The actual process takes about 4-5 hours, but that's just the computer running on its own.
may I ask if it is possible to bring an updated list once a week?As minimum numbers of kills to make the list first week would be (of course) 0.5 x 0.25 of the No 10 guy in the total kills rank.
I thought about this, but decided against it for many reasons. The major reason is that I don't want the lists to dictate flying style, simply influence it. I'd like to see people flying in more of the off-brand planes and I think the top 10 lists encourage it.
What I don't particularly care to see is "I only need 5 more kills to beat out so and so in that plane, and 4 to beat out so and so in this plane". Basically, I'd like to see what people fly on their own oblivious to what others are flying.
Also do you have the possibility to set up a regular page one coúld bookmark and enjoy with a cup of coffee?
This is in the works. I'm trying to get the Spreadsheet to generate html pages and then have them on my server. It should be done by the end of this tour.
