Fun theory though I would think that instead of the theory being that an asteroid never hit, so they evolved into human level intelligence. Instead when NASA finds them they are along their normal evolutionary trail about 65 million years behind us, or whatever.

Wrap this into theories of time and space travel and we could be buying tickets to the dinosaur zoo within a decade!

Yeah, he started McNinja when he was in college IIRC, after a couple years as a webcomic he was offered to write for Deadpool.  After looking into it I can see why, the Doc and Deadpool have the same sense of humor.
