I should really make a post for this but for now:

People can subscribe to your list simply by sending an email to - AHKoth-subscribe@topica.com .

NOTE-  Using IE9 I get a "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" error on some of the Topica pages. If you have trouble you can PM me with the email address you want to use and I can add it manually. I gave you the above directions just to see if that works, from both our points of view.
