Ki-84 Convergence

For you long time dedicated Ki-84 pilots, where do you like to set your convergence and why?

Mine is set at either 275 or 300.

I like to be close when I pull the trigger.  Less ammo wasted and more likely to knock off important chunks.

    Glad to see a new ki-84 enthusiast..... great choice....

I set my cannon to 375.... and my guns to 400.
I set them at these close ranges due to the rate at which the ki spits lead.... most of my kills are made at the end of lag pursuit turns, where the con runs outa steam and gives me a good close range snapshot..

Thanks all for the feedback.  I was always respectful of this plane when flying against it.  I never made the time to learn it.

I have really taken to it.  I feel I can compete with anything in it.  It is so much fun to fly!

Convergence is a matter of personal preference, which explains the variety of answers.

300.  ALL of my air to air planes are set to 300 yards.  When bomber hunting I use 400 and when ground pounding I use 400.

the only exception is when I use the Me262.  I set 1 set of guns to 300 and 1 set to 400, and only use 1 bank at a time.

I prefer getting in close. cannons are set to 250, mg's at 350

I keep all guns at 350 - I tend to rarely fire past 400 and try to get as close as I can.

I have tried to tap targets out to 600 and it can score some hits, but not often enough to down a plane unless you rack a few rounds into it.
