I don't know how healthy it is with artificial sweeteners, higher sodium and all, but the taste beats the hell out of diet soda, and it's 60 calories instead of 150.

all sodas are bad for you for the most part.  The issue you run into are with the "artificial" sweeteners.  Some of these over the past ten years are showing some serious side effects beyond what they are trying to avoid.  Scary really.

What kind of side effects? Also the phosphoric acid in them to I would think could lead to significant problems...  :uhoh

Scary stuff, much safer to have a beer then, or to sterilize the cola with a dollop of JD

Yeah, there's a lot of debate about it, but much is without all of the facts.  The studies regarding the cancer research are pretty interesting.

More food for thought:

Personally I don't drink much soda anymore, and I used to drink a can a day.

I used to drink soda all the time. One favorite was a tuna sandwich and pickles, some chips and a tall sweaty glass of Pepsi with ice and lemon.

Now its iced tea or water. Gatorade on the road alot.
