First Question, can someone explain how the mass "reporting" of a person works in regards to chat muting? Is it automatically implemented by the system once 5, 10, or 20+ people "report" you? Or is it sent to a "chat moderator" who lurks in the shadows and reviews the reports as judge/jury/executioner to decide whether or not the communication was worthy of muting?

Secondly, if the muting process is manual, was what was said truly worthy of a mute? If so, not being able to call out for supplies via text goes along with the punishment provided. If you had been innocent and wrongly muted, take it to HTC for review and I'm sure they'd fix you right up and spawn camping can continue! Yay!
