"aw crap moment"

So I ordered a dozen books yesterday thanks to corky's interesting website abebooks.com, problem was I just noticed everyone of them got shipped............. TO the wrong state!.

Seems when I filled out the information I used auto complete, somewhere I screwed up and put Alabama instead of Florida, quick call to the USPS they said they only care for the Town and Zipcode, the state really isn't needed for shipping.

Most of the books are internationally sent, etc

One of those days I wish I had more coffee in me before trying to get something productively done.

The sender would figure it out real quick as soon as they saw books being sent to Alabama and should call to verify.

You're going to get someone else's order.  You're going to get books on how to mend a flower garden, knitting, growing tomatoes, how to make homemade adult diapers, and how to get more Medi-cade funds.

reminds me of the time i went deer hunting on my cousins property in Appalacia

hiked a mile, climbed down a 25 ft waterfall, got set up, stuck my hand in my pocket to load my gun and i didnt have any shells. got up at 430 for nothin

You wouldn't believe the amount of times we've had items items sent to Arizona instead of Arkansas, especially since they share a town of the same name.
