Really sounds like a tech support question and not a bug.
Have you checked tne many stickied topics in Tech support and followed the advice there?
Describe the 'crash'?
and remember:
A DXDIAG output is a good place to start.
Also note, once the game abnormally terminates, it is quite possible for a settings file to get corrupted and then start causing crashes, which can corrupt another file and cause more frequent crashes, and so on. To eliminate this as a possibility, rename the "settings" folder and see if the problem goes away.
