I believe the song you've used is from the movie "Battle of Britain" and not an actual German military march. I've seen other people make the same mistake on youtube videos.

yes yes, I do know, I took it from a band version of the movie's soundtrack. I loved the movie and wanted to use this soundtrack. Don't know why it is blocked there... seen tons of videos using this song
