There is also Monk 2.0, very stable, suitable for older equipment, uses very few resources.  The only downside is you have to use a soldering iron to install it.

1.0.  1.1.   I went for the rent-a-girl 130 model but there were really no upgrades from the rent-a-girl 30.

In my experience, upgrading any of the Wife x.x or Girlfriend x.x software is very, very expensive.  Yet, if you do not do it, functionality of the software deteriorates in a very short time period.

I went with Wife 1.0 and after 30 years, many headaches, and a lot of tweaking, SHE has me just the way she wants me

so, is there any alternative hardware to avoiding wife 1.0, aside from husband 1.0?
There is a alternate to avoid girlfriend1.0  and wife1.0 and 2.0, there is alternate lifetsyle 1.0. I think Elton John uses it. I have never used it myself so I can not recommend it. I am still on wife 1.0 and working just fine. I have had to use some updates for daughter 1.0. My daughter program would get stuck in a loop of " I know already".

Remember, as with ANY version of Wife (1.0, 2.0, etc) you are Beta testing!
The perfect version is still many years from reality.
