In never ceases to amaze me that people will believe that the universe cares about whatever system humans come up with the measure it or whatever fantasy they ascribe to it.
The universe doesn't care and will keep on following the same rules it has for the last 14,000,000,000 years or so.
Agreed. But that fact can also be a bit sadening at times; I mean unless something changes, the universe is going to end in cold, empty, darkness. Hell, it won't even end, it'll just keep expanding and expanding untill there's uncounted light years between each atom or partical.
Not to make it religious or anything, but education has corroded my faith, and at times I find myself missing that blind certianty. Not that I begrudge my education, but I wish I could have both
