P-47D. Tarheel Hal.

P-47D Tarheel Hal was flown by Lt. Davis of the 358th Fighter Group, 366th Fighters Squadron, 9th Air Force in Europe during WWII.

She was a D30 during the war. the D30 model I beleive was the first of the Jugs to have the dive flap.(if not the D28)

So is this one available to be skinned as a D40?

See, I wasnt sure but I thought we already had it. I knew it looked familiar but ingame the "Tarheel Hal" isnt very noticable. probably why i made that mistake
