It's good but I'm not impressed.  We have far better ones working at my company and some of our other studios.

Project Manager is probably the easiest way to define what I do.  The projects I manage run the whole spectrum, for example I'm currently managing a project that revamps our members site and another project that looks into our work force efficiency in our operations department and yet another project that is completely different from the other two.  My official title is Operations Project Manager but I find that quite a lot of my projects are outside the scope of our operations (operations is the department that handles our online/MMO games) and quite frequently is development related projects with our other studios.
